Samuel Kelly (1806-1856) married Harriet/Harriett Riley in 1848 in Clark County, IN. I have trying to learn who her parents were but so far have not found that information. Can someone help me? Also in Baird's History of Clark County, Indiana, page 874, in the biography of S(amuel) P(leasant) Kelly, the son of Harriet/Harriett & Samuel Kelly, it says that Harriet/Harriett and Samuel were cousins. I am wondering if Baird was confusing them with the parents of Samuel Kelly (1806-1856) who were Samuel Kelly (1777-1806) and his cousin, Margaret Kelly (1776-1815). Does anyone have documentation that Harriet/Harriett and Samuel were actually cousins. If so, I would be interested in knowing what it is. Thank you for the assistance.
