FOUND HIS WIFE DEAD Seymour, Ind., May 13-Dr. John Tipton Shields, formerly state senator, a pioneer of this neighborhood and a very prominent physician and citizen, left his wife, aged 70 years and also a pioneer, alone and apparently well Wednesday night to answer a professional call. Returning early yesterday morning he found her dead in bed. She had expired of heart disease during the night.
