New Albany (IN) Evening Tribune, August 15, 1911, p. 4. Henry Zipp and Joseph Zipp, brothers, against whom Joseph B. Wilkerson filed complaints yesterday charging them with assault and battery, surrendered last evening to Night Captain Thomas Cannon at the police station. They were arraigned before Justice Mix and pleaded not guilty and were released under $500 each to await a hearing next Tuesday.
