CHARGED WITH ILLEGAL VOTING John and Charles Spragg, who spent last summer near Bell's Ford bridge, their headquarters being a houseboat anchored in the river over there, were arrested by deputy sheriff Larkin and jailed at Columbus Tuesday night. The arrests were made on grand jury indictments charging them with violating the election laws in that they voted in Hamilton Township at the special county seat removal election contrary to the statues in such cases made and provided. They will be brought back to this county for trial.
