BOYS PUBLISH A PAPER Scottsburg, Ind., March 24-The Commercial, which recently removed from Crothersville to Brownstown, has been supplanted at Crothersville by a weekly paper called the Herald. The editor is Howard Rider and the publisher Leonard Baxter, respectively thirteen and fourteen years old. The reporter is Jay Sayers, fifteen years old. In politics, the paper is Democratic. It is a strictly bona fide venture heartily received by the people of Crothersville.
