Jeffersonville Frank Leathers, charged with the killing of James Walker at Cementville, near Jeffersonville, August 18 last, will have his fate decided today in the Clark [County], Indiana, circuit court. Arguments will be presented this morning by James W. Fortune for the defense, and Prosecutor Howard on behalf of the state.
