WENT OVER A CLIFF Seventy-five Head of Cattle Stampeded by a Train English, Indiana, July 12-A drove of more than 75 head of cattle being driven to Louisville by Frank McKinley and Tolbert Dooley were frightened and stampeded by a passing train near Riveville (sic). The whole drove rushed over a cliff 60 feet high. The animals that were not killed outright by the fall had to be killed on account of broken limbs. The drivers sent word through the neighborhood to farmers to assist in the slaughter and quarters of prime beef were carried in every direction.
