Scottsburg (IN) Chronicle, February 2, 1905, p. 4. KILLED BY A TRAIN Ralph, the 19-year-old son of Frank Rider of Crothersville was killed at that place Friday night by a train. His remains were found along the railroad track Saturday morning. No one saw the accident but it is supposed that he was killed by the northbound passenger train due there at 9:34 PM. His remains were interred Monday afternoon.
