Brown County (Indiana) Democrat, April 2, 1914, p.6. Charles M. Patterson suffered a fainting spell at his office Wednesday morning brought on by too much quinine taken for a grippe cold. He was soon revived and was taken to his home where he recovered-Franklin Republican Mr. Patterson is a brother of Samuel Patterson of Nashville, is a native of this county, and 29 years ago was engaged in the mercantile business here.
