OUTRAGED AND MURDERED [Dispatch to the Daily Chronicle] Salem, Indiana, March 1-Miss Numbers, 16 years old, a teacher of a public school here, was found dead in the school house this morning with one arm torn off and her tongue cut out. Her person has been outraged. No clue as to the perpetrators.
