Ella Jones, the landlady, seeks divorce from Dell Jones upon the ground of drunkenness. Her mother prays for divorce from Philip Herndon, the latters son, who married Mary Goldman, the kitchen girl at the Jones house last February, asks to have the marriage contract annulled on the ground of cruel treatment. Leora Lagrange, one of the cooks seeks divorce from Homer Lagrange, a former attaché of the hotel, on the ground of desertion. All the cases are set for hearing t the coming term of the circuit court.
