TORNADO Jeffersonville, Ind., Experiences the Visit of a Devastating Wind [Special to the Bulletin] Jeffersonville, Indiana, Feb. 25-A tornado passed over here at midnight. There was no damage in the city except the blowing down of the bell tower at Howard's shipyard. Houses rocked like cradles. The fertilizer factory two miles north of this place was blown down. Miles of fencing and entire orchards were devastated. The greatest damage was done at Utica where many houses, barns and other buildings were demolished and cattle killed. The damage will reach many thousands of dollars.
