New Albany (IN) Daily Ledger, July 21, 1911, p. 3. George Weathers of Milltown and his son were badly injured in a runaway a few days ago. They had been to Mareno (sic) to deliver a wagon and returning had the two horses tied behind their buggy. They reached a point where road and railroad run parallel and an approaching train scared the animals who upset and smashed the buggy. Mr. Weathers was badly bruised and his son sustained a broken leg.
