According to a Monroe County marriage record index, Minnie Harbison married Webber Crouch on June 23, 1901. They were granted a divorce in Monroe County on April 18, 1904. The whereabouts of the apparent second marriage of the couple is unknown. They divorced a second time in Monroe County on October 17, 1914. MRS. WEBBER CROUCH ASKS DIVORCE Mrs. Minnie B. Crouch has filed suit for divorce from Webber Crouch whom she alleges abandoned her on May 15, 1906. Married May 17, 1904, she alleges her husband refused to live with her; that he had an ungovernable temper; that he cursed and called her names; that he assaulted and beat her and abused her in a shameful manner; and that he drank excessively. They had two children: James Crouch who died at the age of two, and Webber Crouch, now aged 9, who is with a sister of Mrs. Crouch. Attorneys Batman, Miller & Blair represent Mrs. Crouch.
