ORIGINAL TAMMANY BRAVE Jeffersonville, Indiana, February 17-Oswell Clinton Woolly, ex-mayor of this city, is dead at the age of 88. Mr. Woolly served thrice as the city's chief executive and several terms as councilman. He was born in New York City, was quite a factor in politics and was one of the first members of the Tammany society.
