ADMITS HE IS TRAMP Peter Seozinski, arrested Thursday night by police at the northwest corner of the public square, plead guilty to a charge of being a tramp when arraigned in city court this morning. Judgment was deferred by Mayor Joseph H. Campbell, and Seozinski will be held in jail until a report is received from the U. S. Department of Criminal Identification on his finger prints which were taken and sent in. He is the second person to be charged here with being a tramp. Formerly cases of this kind were handled under the vagrancy law. The penalty is the same as that in vagrancy, a fine of $50 and costs.
