By virtue of an order of the Court of Common Pleas, of Lawreence [sic] County, Indiana, on the 10th day of May, 1856, I will offer for sale at public vendue, at the Court House door in Bedford, the following lands belonging to the heirs of Benjamin K. Douthitt, deceased, viz: the e hf of the s w qr. of sec 11, t 5, n r 1 w, except so much thereof as lies west of the Bedford and Bloomington State road. Also, all that part of the w hf of the s w qr of said section which lies east and northeast of said State road, in Lawrence county TERMS.--One third of the purchase money will be required in cash; one third the first day of March, 1857, and one third the first day of March, 1858.
