By virtue of a writ of execution issued from the Clerk's office of the Washington Circuit Court, to me directed in favor of Jane Larkin, against William Larkin, I will offer for sale at public auction at the Court House door in the town of Salem between the hours prescribed by law on Saturday, the 25tgh day of July, A. D. 1857, the following Real Estate, situated in Washington County Indiana, to wit: The South west quarter of the Northwest quarter of section fifteen, Township three, North of Range two east, and twenty acres off the South part of the North east quarter, Section fifteen, Township three, North of range two east. Offering first the rents and profits thereof for seven years and on failing to realize a sum sufficient to satisfy said writ I will then offer for sale in like manner the fee simple thereof or all the right title and interest of the said William Larkin in and to said real estate.
