By virtue of two writs of execution issued from the Clerk's office of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington county to me directed, in favor of Elisha B. Hamilton against Jacob Bixler and Emanuel Bixler and William Cadle in replevin, I will offer for sale at public auction at the court house door in the town of Salem, between the hours prescribed by law, on Saturday the 25th of July 1857, the following described real Estate situated in Washington county. To wit The east half of forty five acres of land of the north end of the north west quarter of section one, in township one south of range four east. Offering first the rents and profits for seven years and on failing to realize a sum sufficient to satisfy said writ, I will then offer for sale in like manner the fee simple thereof or all the right title and interest of the said defendants in and for said Real Estate, and levied upon as the property of Emanuel Bixler at the suit of said Hamilton.
