The undersigned Commissioner appointed by the Court of Common Pleas will on Friday, the 12th day of June .857, on the premises sell to the highest bidder at public sale the following describe real estate of which William H. Hardesty, died seized, to wit: A part of the northeast and Southeast quarters of section twenty-one in Township three north of range two east, situate in Brown Township Washington county, Indiana, 1/4 of a mile north of Saltilloville, on the road leading to Livonia, and containing one hundred and forty-one acres. One third of the purchase money will be required to be paid in hand, the remainder in two several installments, one-third in nine months and one-third in eighteen months, the purchaser giving his note with approved security, waiving relief from valuation or appraisement laws with interest from date. n5w4 CHRISTIAN SIDES, com'r.
