    3. Bloomington (Monroe County, Indiana) Telephone, February 1, 1934, p. 1. O. TODD TRYS SUICIDE IN WASHINGTON Former Resident In Serious Condition At Home of Wife's Parents. Osborne Todd, 25, formerly an insurance agent in this city, was reported today to be in a serious condition at his home in Washington, Ind., following a suicide attempt Tuesday night. According to word received here, Todd, who has been in ill health for the past five years, attempted to end his life by inhaling gas. He is the son of R. C. Todd, local insurance agent, and a brother of Mrs. Glen O'Brien of this city. Another sister, Mrs. Woody Hall, formerly lived here but is now a resident of Florida. Todd was employed here as an insurance agent until ill health forced him to give up his work, and since that time he and his wife and four-year-old son have been living with Mrs. Todd's parents at Washington. Todd is said to have been suffering from a serious stomach disorder. Constance T.
