By virtue of an order of the Lawrence Court of Common Pleas, I will on and after the 10th day of May, offer for sale at private vendue, the following real estate, belonging to the minor heirs of Robert Wood, deceased, towit: All that part of sec 28 in t 5 n of r 1 w, which lies south of White River, containing about 27 acres; also, the n e qr of the n w qr of sec 4, in t 4 n of r 1 w, containing 40 acres, all situated in Lawrence county, Indiana. TERMS OF SALE.--A credit of six and twelve months will be given for the purchase money, payable in equal installments, the purchaser or purchasers executing notes therefor with approved security, bearing interest from date, and waiving recourse in valuation laws.
