Audrey-- The El Paso History webpage at http://www.elpaso.net/~bank/elpasohistory/index.htm has burials listed for St. Mary's cemetery. They are taken from readings of the stones rather than actual records. There are a number of "Feriter"s listed. There is another page, http://www.elpasoil.org/woodford/publish/index.html which also has the St. Mary's listings. Click on the link for "Township Links" and select "Panola" on the map. St. Mary's is actually in Panola Twp. I've read that it was originally begun as a place to bury those "undesirable" Irish Catholics, away from the good "American" Catholics who are buried in St. Joseph cemetery in El Paso proper. ;-) The address for the church is : St. Mary's Church P.O. Box 197 79 W. Third St. El Paso, IL 61738 The sexton for the cemetery is: Tim Kearney R.R. 1 El Paso, Il 61738 Hope this helps.
