I assume you have checked out the El Paso History webpage at http://www.elpaso.net/~bank/elpasohistory/index.htm There are several Alexander burials listed in the Evergreen Cemetery database on this page, including Henry, b. 1869, died 1930, who I assume must be your Henry. Also, Francis Marion Strobel and Sadie Tool Strobel (1869-1944). I have not taken time to browse through any of the other references on the page, but there may be more info in them.
