YES, Definitely, Lexington Illinois has a terrific genealogy library. My wife and I were there probably in July 2000, and found numerous valuable resources for that area of Illinois. I tried to find a reference to it on the genweb page for McClean County, but did not find it listed. I believe that it is a private library and located on the main street in Lexington. There must be someone else on this list that can give details of its location and hours.
