Ellen, I checked the web site for the historical society and I can't quite tell what records they have, but I do remember seeing a few references to Eureka Christian Church. I haven't contacted them yet so I can't give you my experience. I do know that in order to use their services, or to have one of them search for you, you must send a membership of $20. If you're certain that your ancestors were members of the church, this isn't a bad deal since I'm sure they have overhead for such a great undertaking, and they do seem to have a lot of information.
