    3. William Jaggar (Jaygar) father of Oliver Jaggar. William was born in New York in 1780. I believe he died in or near Pecatonica in Winnebago County. Haven't been able to find his wife's name, marriage (probably in New York) or his death date, etc. ________________________________ From: Richard Berkheiser <ricksbookshelf@gmail.com> Sent: Thursday, May 31, 2018 8:30 PM To: ilwinneb@rootsweb.com Subject: ([ILWINNEB])Surname Shout Out Hi everyone! 3. Foster’s and allied families from Pecatonica; Georgianna dob 1861, married Frank McLain. Nahum and Mary Jane her parents lived and thrived in the area. Most the family is buried in the Hulse cemetery. Georgianna was a school teacher who didn’t marry until she was 39, Supposedly she was very active in women’s rights and the sufferage movement, even though I have no proof of such. I would love to find photos of her or proof that she did teach at the old school house. Census records do not say she was a teacher. Thank you fellow researchers. Sent from my iPhone

    3. It is so nice of you to go to this trouble. I enjoy doing things like this as well. Hopefully, it will reach someone who belongs to this family. It's really sad when old photos are just tossed because some family members don't have an interest. once gone, they can't be retrieved. Unless, of course, we have someone like you that comes across them.
