Could it be that these forms are done according to the number of people living in an area-that is, more metropolitan areas will have more people receiving the short form? I have the 1 in 6 number as a result of a woman from the government giving an interview on a local television news station. She said this is what they used this year. We do live in a large urban location and perhaps she was relaying information based on what we should expect. I think some of the questions they asked are not nearly as relevant as others that were asked in other census years, but I'm assuming the government has reasons for this. Barbara
