I wasn't very specific in my request and I apologize. Here's a little more information; I'm looking for two death records, both in Williamson County. One is for George B Carey about 1939 and the other is for his daughter Sarah Alma Huggins, about 1966. I don't know the months in which their deaths occurred and I'm not 100% sure of the year of death. Does anyone know if the County Clerk will do a search within the year specified to located a death record? Thank you in advance. Yes, the county clerk will help. At least they did help me. As in most cases if you ask for only a few names at a time and have a small window for the number of years to look for the individual in, they will help for a small nominal fee. I thought the fees were very reasonable and they, at city of Marion Court House, were very helpful in my ancestral search. Hope this message also helps others in their search.
