Hello Williamson County Listers: I have started a site for anyone with a Williamson County, IL connection that has done DNA testing. The purpose of this site is to coordinate Williamson County ancestors and their descendants with their DNA results. Although DNA kits may be purchased through this site I would highly recommend one go through their own specific Surname project. If you would like to send me information on your family and DNA results, such as matches or testing of certain lines they would be gladly accepted. If you are looking for more family members to test in your line this would be a great place to do so. Please send information ONLY if you have done DNA testing. If you were thinking about testing you may want to check out the Surnames that have tested and the descriptions of other family lines that need tested for comparison. This is not a commercial enterprise for me, only a way to help others publicize their searches and results in regard to Williamson County people.
