Hi, The Saline County Tourism Board (which is affiliated with the Williamson County Tourism Board) is sponsoring a two day genealogy event named Southeastern Illinois Genealogy Homecoming. This event will be held Sept. 2 & 3, 2000 (Labor Day Weekend) at Southeastern Illinois College located between Harrisburg and Eldorado. This event should be of interest to anyone having ancestors in Williamson, Saline, Gallatin, White, Hamilton, Pope and Hardin Counties. Mark your calendars and plan to attend.
