If you know any foreigners who are driving thru Southern Illinois now, do everybody a favor and tell them to buy all the pure apple cider they can. They can trade it anywhere, because everybody likes it, and really good apple cider is not always easy to get everywhere. My problem has been to keep enough for myself. I know, if you keep it long enough it goes hard and alcoholic and turns into a really fine beer. My friends are aware of that, and they don't see it as a problem. If you keep cider long enough, it turns to vinegar. I've been told that cider vinegar mixed with honey is a healthy drink. And that Julius Caesar thought so too, and so we now speak a language that is largely Latin. I threw in the historical argument only in case someone really needs to convince a skeptic, and in case any cider might be left by then. Bruce Wms
