Over the weekend, I asked the question concerning the location of my gggrandfathers land. The response has been both educational and overwhelming. I wish to thank all the people that have responded. I now have Williamson Co maps showing the location of townships in the late 1800s to the present day. I have ordered a copy of the Williamson Co atlas and will be able to do my own location work in the future. Thanks again for the information and the education. By the way, the location is in Grassy Township, Southwest of Wolf Creek, and very likely underwater.
