Hi; My great grand Aunt Nancy Jane Howerton married Freeman Henshaw on 12 Nov 1905. I believe their youngest son Orla is still living in Marion Illinois. I too have visited the Williamson county courthouse and the Marion Library on 2 or 3 occasions. They have always been very helpful to me. My 4th great grandfather Elijah Creal was buried in what became the old Creal Springs cemetery in 1856. I am interested in corresponding with anyone researching the following families.
