I am still looking for my great gramdmother, Rutha Louisa Moore , born in1854 from Johnston City, she married Isacc Ross Belcher 25 July 1872. They had four children, Sarah 1873-?, Arley 1875-1923, Winnie1889-1944 (my grandmother) and Harry. I believe I found her in State Hospital in the 1900 and the 1910 fed census. My grandmothers death certicate calls her Louiza Moore, Johnston City. Ross Belcher remarried in 1920.
