Researching posted families along with descendants of Rennison Walker, Mary Pry, James Lawrence, some Travelsteads (related to Clayton famiy) Springs, Armstrong, Finney, Sutherland (descendants of King/Clemens family)and many more Williamson, Saline, Pope and Franklin o. families. I have recently lost my hard drive and consequently all my email addresses (and files) so if anyone with whom I correspond sees this post please email me privately so that I have your address once more. I have much info about most of these families but am in the process of re-compiling the data in my new computer...so bear with me if you need any info...this may take awhile! Of course I look forward to hearing from anyone who might enlighten me about any of the family members...I have many brick walls, especially the King family...what happened to James Clemens King and his wife Lucinda White King of Marion township some time between 1870 and 1875 ? Their four children were living with family and friends in Franklin and Williamson Co.
Need information on Isaac HARRIS b. 1817 KY,& Matilda HARRIS b. 1823 in IL the children of Richard and Hannah TANNER HARRIS. Hannah, a widow, lived in Williamson Co. in 1840 and 1850. Isaac & Matilda moved with their spouses to MO, Newton Co. AR in 1850 and CA in 1860. Isaac returned to IL married again in 1883 in Saline Co. IL and returned to CA where he appeared in the 1900 Census.
Which Hugh Parks are you interested in? There were four listed in the Williamson Co. census in 1850. Regards From Sunny Northern California Bill Huckaby

Sheri, I'm not sure but I think I have your Mandanin as the daughter of Hugh Morris and Elizabeth Boals. Elizabeth Boals is sister to Rebecca Boals Copher, mother of the Copher clan in Williamson County. Mandanin, as spelled on 1850 Williamson County census is 12 years old. There is a large family and I've not got them all placed together for sure. Would like to exchange info with you. I have much on the Boals family. My mother was raised until the age of 12 on a farm in Creal Springs. Her father was William Robert Launius (later calling himself DeLaunius) and Enola Hattie Williams. After her father's death she lived in Marion for 3 years until her mother's death. After that she lived there off and on for about 5 more years. My mother was born in 1919. Some of her mothers siblings married into the Culbreth, Goddard, Roberts, Lawrence and Isaac families. Her father was the son of John T. Launius of Franklin County and Mary E. Nance, originally of White County. John died shortly after my grandfather was born and Mary married Cave J. Jones and had two more sons, Arthur Lee and Clarence. The lived in Franklin My Grandmother (Enola) also had brothers, Clarence, Scott and Bruce Williams that mostly lived in Franklin County. I would love to make contact with any of the Williams or related families. I never knew any of them or my grandparents. Loraine St. Louis --------------------------------- Stay in the know.
