For many years I have tried to find a record of my great-grand mother's death. My aunt always said that Mary S.Flagg Johnson died in 1896. She was buried in Willmington according to family history. I now have found in some heirship papers that she died in Sept. 1904. The markers in the cemetery have been broken off and I understand that the cemetery records burned. Are there any vital records that might help??????? Thanks Julie Rouse
