Mike, There's no listing for a death of Sarah McCray(or variant spellings) in the illinois state death index Doesn't mean there isn't a death cert. Just means she's not listed. You'll have to contact both Grundy and Will County clerk's and request a search and pay the fee.There is a death listed in the state index for Edward on 22 May 1922 in Morris city, Grundy County.My guess would be that Sarah died there also. There are 7 marriages McCray listed in will county(edward's and Van Buren's included).The others are Hannah in 1866,Ion in 1868,J.H. in 1857,Mary in 1852,Robert in 1881.Edward's in 1895 may list parents names and other info.
