I am looking for any info on my John Sullivans and Michael Toomey families who lived in Joliet, WILL County from about 1886 to at least 1895, when they all moved into Chicago. I have found them in the city directories. Has anyone had luck getting birth records? I notice WILL county hasn't shared with IRAD & I am bummed. Regards, Candi in CA
