    3. For Carolyn, Florence is a township with only one village in it-Symerton. The next townships north and east rspectively are Manhattan (Manhattan village)and Wilton.(Wilton Center) The two townships west of Florence twp are Jackson twp(Elwood Village) and next south is Wilmington twp(City of Wilmington). Between these5 townships there are only two libraries. Wilmington Public Library which has indexed their newspaper obits from mid 1860's to current and Manhattan Public Library which has local newspapers on microfilm from about 1920 but they are NOT indexed.
