Hi Sharon, Ottawa newspapers are not at the Joliet Library. Ottawa is in LaSalle county. This newspaper would probably be at the Ottawa Public Library. Joliet Signal newspaper microfilm copies are at the Joliet Library. There is a reference librarian there named Roger who can do the lookups for a small fee if no one on the list is able to do it. There should be a listing of all available illinois newspapers on either the illinois archives net pages or illinois genealogy society net pages. They should be available on microfilm from them.
