I live in CA and only have the index which contains surnames and page numbers, no details on which county, whether death marriage or birth, or first names. I received the index through an interlibrary loan, (Gail Borden Library in Elgin) the book is probably a reference book at most libraries so no interlibrary loans but they probably will be willing to send you copies of the pages you request.
