I looked here & found 300 Soderlunds (that did include other counties though). There were lots of Barz also. www.library.sos.state.il.us/departments/archives/genealogy/forms/idphdeathsrch.html You might also check with Michelle Houchens at Three Rivers Library, PO Box 370, Minooka, IL 60447 (815-467-1600) THIS IS AN OLDER EMAIL mhouchens@starbase1.htls.lib.il.us Wilmington Library has all obituaries for the Wilmington Advocate indexed by name & microfiched 201 S. Kankakee Street, Wilmington, IL 60481. The South suburban Geneology society has the cemetery indexes for the south suburbs and I do remember it having Mokena. You could also check with them. There seemed to be only 2 men who worked there and they have limited hours but were also very helpful and nice. There is a link to them thru rootsweb. They are in South Holand, IL Mokena is just west & south. I don't know if they will do lookups on the microfiche, but they were very nice & might give you the info off the card. Usually the cards showed the date the article was in the paper and sometimes showed the spouse's name. Good luck A. Nelson > Hi Ve, > > By any chance, is this book still in print?
