Good Morning E., Jerome St. is only a few blocks long and is on the East side of Joliet- between the main streets of N-Cass St.,S-Washington St.,W-Hickory/Spring Creek and E-Rowell ave. In 1910 census it MAY be in the city of Joliet in the 7th ward(on ancestry possibly District 182) OR it could still be in the township of Joliet-and those are by section number- I am very familiar with that area,quite a few of the residences in that section were rooming/boarding houses through the 1920's+.
