To everyone who responded to my question about the death date of STEVENS...thank you. I was able to find it on the Illinois death index and thanks to another researcher for getting a copy of that for me as well. I'm still looking for the middle initial of Albert P. Stevens and Jerome P. Stevens, so I'll keep on plugging away. 1. Can anyone tell me if the Joliet/Will Co Country Club, which was in existance in the 1920s kept a membership list from those early years? 2. Does anyone know if the hospital or Oakwood Cemtery kept a list of their board members? And.. 3. I understand that there is somebody at the library, a gentleman, who might do obit lookups for a small fee. Is he still around...or does anyone know his name and how to contact him? Thank you.
