Sorry Daryl, but no Singletons or Rathkes in the Will Co Hist. It covers from the earliest settlers to 1878. It was reprinted as a bicentennial project by the Will Co Genealogical Society, and I got my copy from them about 20 years ago. I don't know if they still sell it or not. Wish I could have helped.
