Kathy, Thank you very much for the information. Yes, Rathke could be spelled Rathje or Raschke. On his naturalization papers it's spelled Rogda. He evidently had a very heavy german accent. So it could be spelled just about any old way, I guess. Rathke is the proper spelling as it exsists on his birth and passport records. I would very much like to have the info you mentioned (listings for the above spelling).
