st johns catholic church is going to have a memorial day mass monday at 10 am at its cemetary in honor of its sesquicentenial year of 2002. there are a lot of the founding pioneers of the joliet area buried there .The parish was founded by german immigrants in 1852 . hope to see you there walk through and jot down some dates and names of your relatives.
