I know that messages have come across about cemeteries in Lockport but until tonight I never knew I needed them. I have a great great grandmother named Sarah Sutton whos death certificate I just got. It says she died Aug 26 1938 and she was buried in Alexander Cemetery in Lockport. I have other relatives buried in Alexander Cemetery in Romeoville. Do you think these are the same or is there another in Lockport. Thanks for all of you help! ~Kyle

For Kyle, Alexander cemetery(aka Kirman cem) is in DuPage township(not county) Will County. Location is section 33,DuPage township west side of IL Rte 53,north of Romeoville road(135th street).This location places the cemetery a little bit north and west of the Lockport township.
