    3. Hi Ray, I checked the will county death index(start 1877 to 1915) in the will grundy genealogy collection(WGGS)at the fossil ridge library in braidwood. There were no listings(meaning no death certs were made)for your ancestors. The only suggestions I have are 1-contact the wilmington public library and see if they have obits(they are indexed)201 Kankakee St.,Wilmington,Il 60481 2-braidwood newspapers don't start until after 1920 and ARE NOT indexed 3-try kankakee and grundy counties which but up against will county in godley area 4-find a library which has the state of illinois death index which starts in 1916-through mid 1940's. WGGS used to have a copy of these microfiche state death indexes but when I went there today-it was gone. So don't know where to tell you to get access now. 5-get death certs. and obits for michael and his wife if you don't already have them. 6-get the 1900,1910 and 1920 census for will county and follow them until they aren't there anymore IF that's where they died and IF you haven't done that already. 7-ask for a search will county clerk of the circuit court to see if there is a probate record for your ancestors. Also check grundy county and kankakee county. Will County Clerk of the Circuit court 14 w. jefferson street, joliet, illinois 60432 8-contact WGGS P.O.Box24,wilmington,il 60481 and ask if they have anything. They DO NOT STAFF THEIR COLLECTION at the fossil ridge library but they have a volunteer who will look for a small fee.THEREIS NO PHONE NUMBER to contact WGGS directly and the Fossil Ridge Librarians know very little about the WGGS Collection. Hope some of this helps. Kathy Zavada
